## About Apartment Interior Solutions

In our apartment work, we prioritize circulation and storage before addressing aesthetics. For instance, in our recent project at the Malhotra Apartment, we applied a consistent hexagonal geometry to the living area to create visual cohesion, while designing floor-to-ceiling wooden joinery to maximize storage without visually shrinking the room. It is about making every square foot serve a purpose.

### Designing for Longevity
An apartment interior is a long-term commitment. Our approach is rooted in the belief that good design should not need updating every few years. We focus on 'built-to-last' strategies, selecting high-grade materials like BWP plywood for joinery and integrating lighting layouts that serve specific functional zones rather than just ambient aesthetic appeal.

### Custom Millwork & Space Optimization
Standard modular solutions often waste space. We design custom millwork—wardrobes, TV units, and study nooks—to fit the specific dimensions of your floor plan. By utilizing full-height storage and multi-functional furniture, we help open up floor space in tight urban layouts. Every drawer, niche, and cabinet is planned based on how you actually use the room.

### The Design Journey
Our process for apartment interiors is methodical:
*   **Planning:** We conduct a thorough space analysis to improve ergonomics and circulation.
*   **Materiality:** We define a palette that is both aesthetic and durable, ensuring finishes can handle daily wear.
*   **Technical Integration:** We overlay electrical and HVAC layouts onto our furniture plans, so switches and vents are never blocked by cabinetry.
