## About Hospitality Architecture & Design

We design spaces where people actually want to hang out, not just pass through. For us, hospitality architecture is about making places that feel welcoming and memorable, whether it’s a hotel lobby or a whole resort campus.

### What I Focus On

- I’m all about clean, timeless design. No over-the-top stuff, just spaces that feel good and work well.
- My hotel projects start with the guest journey - from the first step inside to the quietest corner of the room. I pay attention to those little moments that make a stay special.
- For resorts, I get into the nitty-gritty of resort master planning services. I look at the whole site, figuring out how buildings, gardens, and walkways fit together so guests feel connected to the place, not just the rooms.

### How I Work

- I start with a simple idea and build from there. Sometimes inspiration comes from a random reference or just a feeling I want the space to have.
- I use 3D visuals early on, so you can see what’s in my head before anything gets built.
- I’m hands-on with technical drawings and site details, making sure what we plan actually works out on the ground.

### What You Get

- Statement architecture that stands out but doesn’t shout.
- Luxury hotel interior concepts with warm wood, custom furniture, and lighting that sets the mood.
- Site-sensitive resort architecture that blends with nature - think pergolas, water features, and gardens that don’t feel forced.

Not every project is easy, and sometimes the site throws curveballs. But I like figuring out how to make it all come together, so the end result feels just right.

### My story

Started OSSA in '96 - feels like a lifetime and a blink, both. Sridevi wrote a book about our journey, '2.9 Million Sft & building'. Launching it with our crew, family, friends - that hit different. We dropped the usual hierarchy early, just wanted good ideas from anywhere, anyone. Our team? Curious, honest, bit stubborn sometimes. We like learning on the go. Projects big or small, we just want to get it right.

### My work

- **Architecture & Interior Design**: We do commercial, residential, industrial, and hospitality projects all over India - from big campuses to slick office interiors.
- **Integrated Building Design**: Every building gets its own vibe, fits the place. We blend architecture and landscape, so nothing feels forced.
- **Context-Driven & Adaptive Planning**: We tweak plans for each site - like split-level planning for slopes, so spaces feel natural and practical.
- **Contemporary & Material-Focused**: We pick materials that work - engineered glass, ACP, tensile fabrics. Always aiming for a clean, modern look.
