My grading process rigorously tests your proficiency in Kihon, Kata, and Kumite against the standard of the Okinawa Shorin-Ryu syllabus. Whether you are aiming for your next rank or preparing for competitive state championships, I focus on technical accuracy and physical conditioning to ensure you are ready the moment you step onto the assessment floor. Achieving a black belt is a significant milestone that demands physical endurance and mental discipline. At my academy, we do not award belts based on attendance. Each rank progression is earned through a formal assessment where students must demonstrate mastery of their techniques under pressure. For those interested in the competitive circuit, I provide specialized training aligned with WKF (World Karate Federation) standards. This goes beyond standard group classes, focusing on micro-corrections, advanced Kumite strategy, and Kata Bunkai, which explores the hidden applications of your forms. I use my 32 years of experience to tailor these sessions, helping you identify technical gaps that hinder your performance. My training facilities in Vajarahalli and Padmanabhanagar offer the environment needed for high-intensity practice, including heavy bags and mats for safe sparring. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the foundations of Shorin-Ryu or a seasoned student preparing for national-level competitions, my one-on-one sessions provide the specific, actionable feedback necessary to refine your skills and achieve your goals. ## About OSK Academy I am Renshi Sajesh P.
