We do not operate with a rotating cast of transient coaches; our senior team is established, consistent, and deeply invested in the technical progression of every student, whether you are a beginner or preparing for advanced kumite. At OSK Academy, the team is the foundation of the learning experience. I am Renshi Sajesh P, and my approach to martial arts is built on 32 years of practice and WKF-certified expertise. I do not believe in mass-market fitness approaches. Instead, my team focuses on the specific needs of each individual, breaking down complex Kata sequences and sparring techniques so they are actionable for every age group, from children starting at age four to adults training for self-defense. Our instructors in Vajarahalli are chosen not just for their technical ability, but for their commitment to the academy's philosophy of discipline, health, and lifestyle. When you join our training sessions, you are working with coaches who have moved through the belt grading system alongside us, ensuring they understand the mental and physical hurdles you will face. We emphasize the traditional Okinawan roots of Shorin-Ryu, meaning our training is centered on structural integrity, efficient movement, and practical self-defense application rather than just flash or speed. Whether you are looking for personal one-on-one coaching to fix specific technique errors, or you want to join our group batches to build community through shared training, our instructors provide the same level of attention to detail. We manage the training floor with a strict focus on safety and progression, ensuring that everyone who enters our academy receives the guidance required to achieve their personal fitness and martial arts goals. ## About OSK Academy I am Renshi Sajesh P, and I have built this academy to be more than a training hall. My team and I are here to teach you that karate is a full lifestyle, not just a workout. We show up every day to help you build the discipline, focus, and strength that defines the Okinawan way.
