Whether you are here for a one-off session or committing to a longer course, my goal is to guide you through the process at your own pace. I keep batches small—just 4 to 6 people—so you are not lost in a crowd, but instead get the personal attention needed to actually master the feel of the clay. ### Your Journey with Clay Pottery is often romanticized, but it is actually a practice of patience and repetition. In my studio, we do not rush to finish. We focus on the doing—the wedging, the centering, and the trimming. My 12-session wheel-throwing course is structured to build technical independence, moving you from a wobbly lump of clay to a centered cylinder that can become a mug or bowl you will actually use. ### Finding Your Flow If the wheel feels intimidating, I love guiding students through hand-building. Using techniques like pinch pots, slab building, and coiling, we can create sculptural pieces or functional tableware. It is a tactile way to reconnect with your hands. ### The Studio Philosophy Everything here happens in small groups. This is not a factory-style class where you are one of thirty; it is an intimate setting. By limiting batch sizes, I can help you fix your posture on the wheel or guide your carving during a sgraffito session. **Practical Details:** * **Location:** Nagashetty Halli, North Bangalore. * **Materials:** All studio-grade stoneware clay, tools, and aprons are provided. * **The Wait:** Ceramics requires firing.
