Players get direct experience through participation in leagues like the MFA YPL and the She Kicks Football League, where they learn tactical awareness, decision-making, and resilience in a structured, girls-only team environment. ### Training with Purpose At OriGen Sports Academy, we believe in providing girls with the same quality of training and opportunity as our boys' teams. Our sessions are led by AFC and AIFF licensed coaches who act as mentors, ensuring every player learns the fundamentals of ball mastery, positioning, and physical conditioning. We keep our groups small to give every girl enough pitch time, ensuring personal attention on technique and game sense. ### Competitive Exposure We do not believe in keeping training confined to the practice grounds. Our teams are regular participants in competitive tournaments like the Puma x Goequal Youth Championship and the SIS Powerplay 5v5 Women’s Tournament. By competing in leagues such as the MFA YPL and She Kicks, our players experience the reality of match pressure, learn to work as a unit, and celebrate both wins and tough losses as part of their growth. ### Pathways for Every Level Whether your daughter is starting her journey at 4 years old or is an older player aiming for the I-League youth squads, we have a pathway. - **Grassroots Foundation:** Focuses on fun, coordination, and basic ball familiarity. - **Competitive Development:** For players looking to represent the academy in local and state-level tournaments. - **Pro-Pathway:** Serious training for athletes with eyes on regional or national selections. ### Why Join Our Squad We are more than a sports academy; we are a family. We celebrate birthdays, festivals, and personal achievements, creating a space where girls feel empowered to be themselves. This community support is the secret to why our players show up with high energy, ready to learn, and eager to grow as both footballers and individuals. ## About OriGen Sports Academy We are Team OSA, and we are building a family of strong female footballers right here in Mira Road. We don't just teach the game; we make sure every girl feels confident, capable, and ready to compete, whether it is her first match or a state-level final.
