If you are aged 12-18 and ready for five-day-a-week high-intensity training, this is where you start building your resume for professional competitive football. ### The Pro Pathway We don't just train players; we develop athletes for the competitive ecosystem. Through our collaboration with Sportsmania FC, a two-star accredited academy, our players get regular exposure to state and national-level scouting. This is the difference between playing for fun and training for a career. ### What Training Looks Like We run a rigorous 5-day-a-week schedule at the RBK Global School Turf in Mira Road. It is not for the faint of heart. Our sessions focus on: * **Technical Mastery:** Ball control and finishing drills under pressure. * **Tactical Awareness:** Playing in 11v11 and 7v7 structures. * **Match Fitness:** Using SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) to keep you match-ready. ### Licensed Coaching Your development is guided by AFC 'B' and AIFF 'D' licensed coaches who have lived the professional journey. Our Technical Director, Anil D’Souza, brings insights from national-level initiatives like Project Maha-Deva, ensuring our training methods are aligned with current professional standards in India. ### Selection & Scholarships We hold regular trials to identify raw talent. If you have the drive but are facing financial constraints, we offer merit-based scholarships. Our goal is to ensure talent, not finances, dictates who gets to play at the highest levels. Come ready to work, and we will provide the environment for you to succeed. ## About OriGen Sports Academy We are Team OSA. We started OriGen to give every kid in Mira Road a real shot at pro football, not just a place to kick a ball around. Our coaches have been there, done that, and we’re here to help you get there too.
