We focus on match-readiness for competitive leagues like the MFA and YPL, emphasizing advanced ball mastery and tactical awareness. If you are looking for a program where your daughter can develop the technical skills and the mental toughness required for competitive football, this is where she belongs. At OriGen Sports Academy, we believe girls' football deserves the same intensity and focus as the boys' game. Our girls' academy in Mira Road is not just about fun; it is about building a genuine career in the sport. We operate as an official Grassroots Development Centre for Sportsmania FC, which opens direct doors to AIFF Youth I-League pathways (U13, U15, U17) and scouting opportunities for the Indian Women’s League. ### Our Training Approach Our 90-minute sessions, held 5 days a week at RBK Global Turf, are led by AFC and AIFF licensed coaches. We prioritize essential skills—passing under pressure, finishing drills, and spatial awareness—alongside specialized SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) conditioning. Every player gets consistent exposure to competitive match scenarios, ensuring they are mentally and physically prepared for tournaments like the MFA and YPL. ### Real Development, Real Support We recognize that commitment requires balance. Our coaches provide honest, individual performance feedback to every player, tracking progress beyond simple wins and losses. We also offer merit-based scholarships for talented players facing financial constraints, ensuring that ability—not financial status—determines who gets on the pitch. Whether you are aiming for district representation or dreaming of the national stage, we provide the platform and the mentorship to help you get there. ## About OriGen Sports Academy We are Team OSA, and we treat every girl in our academy like family. We have seen our players go from first-timers to representing state teams, and we are here to push every player to reach that same potential.
