Each playdate is built around a 'provocation'—a specific activity like a dino-mite fossil dig or a farm-to-table sensory lab—designed by our educators to build fine motor skills and curiosity. We keep it screen-free and hands-on, so your child is learning problem-solving and social interaction while they think they are just having a blast. ### Why Join Our Playdates? Modern parenting often feels like a rush to fill schedules, but we prioritize quality over quantity. Our themed events, whether it's 'Shapes & Colors' or 'Back to Childhood', are crafted to offer more than just play; they offer an introduction to a community. We know that children, especially those aged 1-3, thrive when they are given the freedom to touch, squish, and explore at their own pace. ### What to Expect Each session is led by our trained educators, not just staff. We set up specialized learning zones—like our messy art studios or makerspaces—tailored to the theme of the day. - **Screen-Free Environments:** We believe in active, physical, and sensory engagement. - **Social Development:** Your child learns to share space, negotiate turn-taking, and collaborate with new friends. - **Parent-Friendly:** We offer dedicated 'Parents Day Out' sessions where you can drop off your little one in a safe environment, grab a coffee, and recharge knowing they are in good hands. ### Our Locations We bring these experiences to our communities across Bangalore, including Indiranagar, Sarjapur, Whitefield, and Jayanagar, as well as Park Street in Kolkata. Whether you are looking for a weekend workshop or a structured afterschool enrichment class, we invite you to join the fun. We don't just hold events; we foster a family that celebrates culture, music, and the simple joy of growing up together. ## About Openhouse We are Openhouse, and we’re here to make learning feel like home. We’ve swapped boring classrooms for messy art studios and sensory zones because we believe children grow best when they’re free to get their hands dirty and explore.
