It is about matching the exact vibe of your event. Whether you need a specific mint-green shade for a baby shower or a custom fondant topper for a milestone birthday, I work closely with you to ensure the final box looks and tastes exactly how you imagined. Every box of cupcakes I send out starts with a choice of base: classic vanilla, rich double chocolate, or red velvet. I use stable American and Swiss Meringue Buttercreams to ensure the designs hold their shape, whether it is a delicate rosette or a playful seasonal theme like Christmas wreaths or candy canes. ### How I Customize Your Order * **Flavor Base:** Choose from vanilla, chocolate, or red velvet sponges. * **Design:** I specialize in floral piping using intricate nozzles, but I also love doing themed fondant toppers like bows, initials, or age numbers for birthdays. * **Portioning:** Cupcakes come in convenient boxes of 4 or 6, making them perfect for individual gifts, baby showers, or corporate office treats. Because everything is handmade in my home kitchen in Andheri West, I put a lot of care into the packaging as well. Each 6-cavity box includes a holder to make sure your cupcakes arrive looking pristine, with a clear window lid to show off the art before the first bite. If you have a specific color palette or theme in mind for your event, just let me know when you reach out. I love a good creative challenge. ## About On The Baking Tray Hi, I am the baker behind OTBT! I believe cakes are the heartbeat of any party, and my cupcakes are just smaller, portable versions of that joy.
