Whether you need a 100% eggless centerpiece for a wedding or a cheeky bento cake for a spontaneous Tuesday, everything is crafted in small batches to keep the quality consistent. A quick heads up. Since everything is custom and handmade, booking a few days in advance works best so I can give your order the time and detail it deserves. From my kitchen in Andheri West, I focus on baking happiness into every treat. My approach is simple: keep it eggless, keep it handmade, and keep it real. When you order from me, you are not getting mass-produced sweets. You are getting items I have tweaked and tested, like my Dubai Kunafa pistachio tubs or my classic tiramisu. My menu spans across categories to fit any mood. If you need a centerpiece for a big celebration, I do custom cakes that range from elegant drip designs to fun, themed toppers. For smaller gatherings or personal cravings, my bento cakes and assorted brownie boxes are favorites. I also specialize in tea-time upgrades, like my ragi and jaggery cakes for those who want a healthier bite without skipping dessert. I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Because I bake in small batches, I recommend reaching out early, especially for festive hampers or bulk corporate orders. Let me know your guest count and the vibe of your event, and we can figure out the perfect menu. ## About On The Baking Tray I am the one behind OTBT, and for me, it is all about whipping up joy.
