Whether it is fondant animal toppers for a kid's birthday or a specific floral pattern for an anniversary, I need that time to prep, bake, and frost everything by hand to get it just right for your party. Every cake I bake starts as a blank canvas. Whether you want a tiered structure for a milestone anniversary or a quirky theme for a second birthday, I focus on the flavor and the finish. I do not believe in mass-producing standard designs. You tell me the theme, the guest count, and the vibe, and I work on the details—like the fondant toppers or the specific piping style—to make sure it fits your vision. Since I work out of my kitchen in Andheri West, everything stays fresh. I stick to 100% eggless recipes that never compromise on texture. You will get that moist sponge every time, whether it is a chocolate ganache base or a classic vanilla. If you are planning a big event in Mumbai, I can also coordinate matching treats like cupcakes to complete your dessert table. Just remember to share your guest count early so I can manage the layers and portions effectively. If you are stuck on a design, I am happy to suggest what works best for your specific occasion. ## About On The Baking Tray I am the person behind On The Baking Tray, and honestly, nothing beats the thrill of seeing my cakes at your table. I pour all my heart into every batch because I know these celebrations are a big deal for you. It is just me in the kitchen, making sure your treats taste like a hug.
