I hand-pour the batter and load them with toppings like Ferrero Rocher or sea salt caramel. If you’re planning a gift box, just remember these are best enjoyed within a few days of delivery to keep that fudgy texture spot on. Let me know if you want a specific message piped on top, as I do that for almost every order. Every item that leaves my kitchen is 100% eggless and made from scratch. When it comes to brownies, I focus on the texture. My OG mini brownies are dense and fudgy rather than cakey, coming in flavors like Pistachio Cream and Brookie Crumble that offer a different bite every time. If you need something larger, the brownie tiles are the way to go—they act like a canvas for your favorite chocolates and nuts. My cookie selection is designed for those who appreciate a substantial treat. I bake Levain-style cookies that are thick, chunky, and packed with high-quality chocolate and walnuts. They have that classic crispy exterior with a gooey center that stays soft for days. I also keep a few nostalgic options in the mix, like my Jim Jam-inspired thumbprint cookies, which are perfect for a classic tea-time vibe. Since I operate out of my kitchen in Andheri West, I handle every order personally. Whether you are building a custom hamper for a sibling or just need a box of treats for a late-night craving, I prefer to bake in small batches. This ensures everything arrives fresh, rather than sitting on a shelf. If you have a specific event in mind—like a corporate launch or a Rakhi surprise—ping me early so I can manage the schedule and get the customization details right. ## About On The Baking Tray I’m the one behind the oven here, and my kitchen is all about making desserts that feel like home.
