I bake a dense, sturdy sponge specifically so your design doesn't crumble under the weight of all those premium toppings like macarons, fresh flowers, and chocolates. It takes a little extra precision to get these shapes just right, so if you have a specific theme or age in mind, let me know a few days early so I can prep everything perfectly. These aren't your standard round sponges. Because I hand-carve every letter and number, you get a treat that feels truly personal—whether it’s a '1' for a baby girl's birthday or an initial for an anniversary. ### Why these cakes are a crowd-pleaser: * **Fully Eggless:** Like everything in my kitchen, these are 100% eggless, so everyone at the party can dig in. * **Loaded with Goodies:** I don't hold back on the toppings. Expect a mix of Ferrero Rocher, Lindt chocolates, fresh seasonal flowers, and French macarons, all tied together with my signature Swiss meringue buttercream. * **Fully Custom:** I've done everything from red-and-gold luxury themes for celebrity birthdays to soft blue pastel palettes for first birthdays. If you have a favorite color or specific chocolate, tell me, and we'll make it happen. Since I’m a one-person team in Andheri West, each cake gets my full focus. I put a lot of care into the assembly to ensure it travels well and looks stunning when you walk into the room. If you’re planning a milestone event, reach out, and let’s figure out a design that fits your vibe perfectly. ## About On The Baking Tray I’m the baker behind OTBT, and I believe every milestone deserves a centerpiece that’s as unique as you. I pour all my heart into crafting these custom shapes to make your party feel extra special, not just another cake on the table.
