Since everything I make is 100% eggless, we do not have to compromise on texture or flavor, even when we go wild with the designs. Planning a celebration in Mumbai? My kitchen in Andheri West is where I turn your ideas into edible memories. I treat every order as a unique project, whether it is a playful farewell cake for a colleague or a multi-tier showstopper for a golden anniversary. ### Why Choose My Style? I specialize in Swiss Meringue and American buttercream, using techniques like palette knife painting to create texture and depth that fondant often misses. For milestone birthdays, I often incorporate fresh flowers or dried elements to add that timeless, elegant touch. ### How We Start When you reach out, tell me the vibe—is it a funny office send-off or an elegant anniversary dinner? I need to know your guest count early so I can suggest the right size, whether that is a 1kg centerpiece or something larger. ### What to Expect Everything I bake is 100% eggless, and I do not use non-dairy whip, so you get a rich, creamy finish every time. If you have a specific vision, share a reference image or a Pinterest board with me. I love the challenge of translating a sketch into something delicious. Let's make your next milestone sweet. ## About On The Baking Tray I’m the person behind OTBT, and for me, baking is all about whipping up joy for your big moments.
