You do not need a massive party to make someone feel special; sometimes, a 4-inch cake with a thoughtful, hand-piped message says everything you need. I believe the best gifts are the ones you can eat. My "Special Someone" range is all about capturing emotions—from the messy vintage piping on a Mother's Day cake to the bold, romantic red buttercream on a Valentine's bento. I work with Swiss meringue buttercream to ensure the texture is smooth and the finish is clean, whether it is a classic chocolate sponge or a refreshing vanilla bean base. You are not just getting a cake; you are getting a medium for your message. Whether you want an "XOXO" doodle or a personalized note on a monogram cake, I handle the hand-piping myself to give it that authentic, human touch. Since it is just me in the kitchen, these gift sets—especially the ones paired with fresh flowers—are crafted in limited batches to maintain quality. If you have a specific date in mind, especially for occasions like Valentine's or Mother’s Day, reaching out a few days in advance helps me ensure your hamper is ready exactly when you need it. Let’s make your next celebration a little sweeter. ## About On The Baking Tray I am the one behind On The Baking Tray, and honestly, making these gifts is my favorite part of the job. I am not just handing over a dessert; I am helping you send a little bit of joy across Mumbai. It is just me and my oven, making sure every swirl and sprinkle is perfect for your person.
