I handle small batches in my Andheri kitchen, which means whether you order a dozen cupcakes for a corporate event or a few dessert jars for late-night cravings, they are made to order rather than sitting on a shelf. I focus on creating desserts that balance great taste with the convenience of individual portions. My menu includes custom cupcakes, dessert jars, and brownies, all crafted with the same attention to detail as my main cakes. If you are planning a corporate event or a party in Mumbai, I can scale these treats for your guest count. My bestseller list features Belgian Chocolate and classic Vanilla, though I often rotate in seasonal ingredients for a fresh twist. Because I work solo, these treats are perfect for smaller gifting needs or as a side addition to a larger celebration. I use high quality buttercream and fresh toppings for every batch. If you have a specific theme or a branding requirement for bulk orders, let me know ahead of time so I can adjust the colors and toppers to match your vision. My goal is to make sure every box of cupcakes or brownie hamper feels personal, like a gift from one friend to another. ## About On The Baking Tray I am the one-woman show behind OTBT. I pour my heart into every batch because I believe desserts should feel like a warm hug, whether it is for a big party or a quiet celebration at home.
