You get a blank, fudgy canvas. I can hand-pipe custom messages like 'Best Ever Bro' or 'Tied With Love' directly onto the chocolate base, making it a gift that feels as personal as the card you write. Raksha Bandhan is about the chaos of sibling life—the fights over the last bite and the shared laughter. My kitchen in Andheri West is where I try to capture that feeling in edible form. Everything here is 100% eggless, so you never have to worry about dietary restrictions when sending these over. ### What I’m Whipping Up Whether your sibling is a total sugar-fiend or someone who prefers 'healthy' treats, I have a box for them. My 'Bandhan Hamper' is a classic choice, packing in everything from Jim Jam style cookies to spicy crackers for that sweet and salty balance. For those with a serious sweet tooth, my Tiramisu Tres Leches tubs and the rich Dubai Kunafa Pistachio tubs are crowd favourites. ### Healthy Options I know not everyone wants just chocolate. I make a Ragi and Jaggery cake that is free from refined sugar and maida. It is decadent enough to feel like a treat but wholesome enough to feel like a thoughtful gesture. The almond chocolate glaze on top usually does the trick. ### The Practical Stuff Because everything is handmade in small batches, I cannot stress enough: please pre-order. I don't have a massive factory line; it's just me and my kitchen. If you are looking for bulk corporate gifting or specific customisation for your Rakhi, let me know a few days in advance. It helps me ensure the packaging is perfect and the brownies are at their peak fudginess. ## About On The Baking Tray I am the one behind OTBT, whipping up everything in my Andheri West kitchen. My baking is strictly eggless and all about making those sibling moments a little sweeter and a whole lot crazier.
