Because I cook with fresh, seasonal vegetables, you might find something new in your steel tiffin every day, whether it is a nutritious peas saag or a zesty beetroot curry. I prepare everything with very little oil and absolutely no baking soda, so you get the lightness of ghar ka khana without the heaviness of restaurant food. ### How My Kitchen Works I believe that a daily meal service should not just be about convenience, but about nourishment. Whether you are a student, a working professional, or just someone tired of oily restaurant takeout, my goal is to provide a reliable, healthy alternative. **What makes these meals different?** * **Weekly Changing Menu:** I keep things interesting so you never get bored. One week you might have Palak Paneer, and the next, a classic Bengali Chicken Curry or simple Jeera Rice with a fresh sabzi. * **Strict Segregation:** I know how important dietary preferences are. My veg and non-veg (chicken and egg only) meals are cooked in separate sections with dedicated utensils to ensure complete respect and hygiene for all my customers. * **Eco-Friendly Delivery:** I am committed to reducing plastic waste. Most of my subscribers receive their food in reusable stainless steel tiffins, which keeps the food warmer and fresher for longer. ### Ordering and Delivery I am based in GM Palya and offer free delivery within a 3 km radius of CV Raman Nagar. If you are further out in areas like Indiranagar, Jeevan Beema Nagar, or LBS Nagar, I do deliver, though charges may apply. If you are hesitant to commit, you can always start with a paid trial dabba to see if you like the taste.
