We use puppet shows, construction paper activities, and role-play to ensure children are actively building their public speaking skills, not just listening. Whether your child is naturally shy or loves the spotlight, we create a safe space for them to find their own voice and express ideas without pressure. ### How We Approach Literacy Literacy is not just about reading words on a page; it is about how a child understands and interacts with the world around them. At Om Kids Activities, our storytelling and literacy programs are designed to turn passive listening into active participation. ### Building Skills Through Creativity We move beyond standard classroom methods. By combining elements like music, dance, and craft-based book creation, we help kids internalize narratives. When a child crafts a paper puppet or builds a construction paper book as part of a session, they are physically engaging with the story. This tactile experience significantly improves memory retention and creative expression. ### Workshops for Every Age We cater to age groups ranging from 5 to 11 years old. For younger participants, the focus is on phonetic awareness and vocabulary expansion through fun, low-pressure activities. For older students, we incorporate public speaking elements, story-making competitions, and creative writing prompts that challenge them to structure their own thoughts and present them clearly. ### Why Parents Choose Us Whether you are looking for weekend workshops or structured after-school literacy support, our studio offers a place where kids feel comfortable making mistakes. We believe every child has a story to tell, and our role is simply to provide the tools and the confidence to tell it clearly and joyfully. ## About Om Kids Activities I founded Om Kids Activities to create a space where children do not just learn, but truly feel at home while they explore. We focus on seeing each child's unique potential, especially for those who need a calmer, more inclusive environment to express themselves.
