My process is all about reading the room and building a set that hits hard, whether I am prepping for a festival mainstage or an intimate private party. I do not just show up and press play. I spend hours digging for the right cuts and curating the flow so the energy never drops. If you want a DJ who understands the culture and knows how to manipulate a crowd, let’s talk. ### The Technical Side People see the party, but the real work happens in the setup. When I perform, I am rocking a 3-4 deck mix. This allows for live mashups and rapid transitions that keep the rhythm seamless. I am a USB DJ, which means I show up ready to plug into your Pioneer CDJ-2000 NXS2 or CDJ-3000 setup. This lets me focus entirely on reading the crowd and using the microphone for live MCing, rather than fiddling with legacy gear. ### Why the Vibe Matters Whether it is a sangeet or a high-end club night, my job is energy management. My studio sessions and 'Behind the Decks' vlogs aren't just for show. They document how I dissect tracks, understand the history of hip hop, and prepare for different audiences. When you hire me, you aren't getting a pre-recorded mix. You are getting someone who adapts to the room in real time. If the crowd needs Punjabi bangers, we switch gears. If the vibe shifts to Afrobeats or Trap, I am ready to transition without losing the energy. ### What You Get - **Live MCing:** I don't hide behind the console. I talk to the crowd and hype everyone up. - **Genre-Bending:** From old-school hip hop to modern desi rap and RnB, the playlist is always evolving. - **Professional Approach:** Whether in formal wear for a corporate gala or street fits for a club residency, I match the energy of your event. If you have a venue in Mumbai or beyond and need a sound that makes people stay until the lights come on, hit me up. ## About DJ Proof I am DJ Proof, official DJ for DIVINE and the Gully Gang.
