We train in a non-AC environment specifically to build endurance, using plyometrics, agility ladders, and consistent sparring to prepare you for the real world. Whether you are aiming for a belt promotion or a spot in the SGFI Nationals, you get the same intensity from day one. Here, 'Nothing is Impossible' is not just a slogan on the wall, it is how we run every practice. We don't believe in shortcuts. ### The Training Reality We focus on what actually works. From white belt to black belt, every student undergoes the same athlete-level conditioning. We use 20mm interlocking EVA mats to minimize injury while maximizing impact. You will spend your time on speed work with agility ladders, explosive power training with mini-hurdles, and technical footwork drills. ### Why We Do It My goal is to create fighters, not just students. When we hold our Friday 'Fight Day' sessions, it is about learning to manage fear and pressure. We use proper protective gear, including chest and head guards, because safety allows us to train at full intensity. ### Your Journey Whether you are joining for weight management, self-defence, or to compete at the Delhi State level, the expectation is the same: discipline. You will learn to control your mind before you can control your opponent. If you are here, you are part of the family, and we move together until we win. ## About Oscar Taekwondo Academy I am Coach Sagar Shehvaliya, and I don't believe in medals coming easy. I’m here to turn students into fighters who have the discipline to win, whether that is in the ring or in life.
