We train with full gear, full contact, and real tournament-style refereeing. Whether it is perfecting your tornado kick or learning to control the center of the mat, my focus is to strip away hesitation so that when you step into the ring, your technique becomes pure muscle memory. ### Why Sparring Matters Training isn't just about learning kicks; it's about winning fights. In my academy, we treat every session like a competition. You’ll be in full gear—chest guards, headgear, the works—learning how to manage distance, read your opponent's body language, and score points under pressure. ### The Path to National Selection We don't do 'participation' here. My athletes are groomed for the Delhi State Taekwondo championships and the SGFI Nationals. We analyze match scenarios, practice electronic and manual scoring rules, and push your conditioning through HIIT drills and PNF stretching to ensure you’re faster and stronger than the competition. ### What to Expect - **Real-Match Simulations:** I run sparring days where we replicate the chaos and intensity of a final match. You will learn to stay calm when you're tired. - **Technical Precision:** We break down advanced kicks like the spinning hook and tornado, ensuring they are tournament-legal and lethal. - **Mentality Training:** The biggest fight is always in your head. I teach you to control your mind, stay aggressive, and fight for the flag. If you want to train just for a hobby, look elsewhere.
