We do not just serve a standard plate. Take our Pani Puri, which we serve in individual shot glasses to keep the crispness intact, or our Risotto Arancini, which delivers the warmth of a sit-down meal in a single bite. These are not just snacks. They are designed to keep conversations flowing without the need for a fork and knife for every item. When we plan an appetizer menu, we look at the flow of your event. If it is a cocktail evening in Koramangala or a store launch, the food needs to be portable, flavorful, and visually striking. We handle everything from the staffing to the ceramic presentation. Our approach focuses on three distinct styles: * **The Modern Twist:** We take classics like Pani Puri or Vada Pav and re-engineer them. Serving street food in shot glasses or on miniature platters removes the mess, keeping the style of your event intact. * **Global Fusion:** We marry diverse palettes. Think Butter Chicken Vol-au-vents or Shrimp and Avocado Nachos. These combinations bring together the familiarity of Indian spices with the finesse of international bite-sized servings. * **Visual Dining:** A grazing table or a passed-around tray is part of the décor. We use fresh microgreens and architectural plating to ensure the food looks as good as it tastes. We provide the same level of precision for a house party of 50 guests or a function of 250. Our goal is to provide your guests with a reason to pause and enjoy the flavors before they even reach the main course, ensuring the service remains fluid so you can spend time with your guests rather than worrying about the kitchen. ## About Odyssey We are Odyssey.
