My grass comes with pre-punched backing to ensure water runs off, provided your floor has a slight slope. Whether you need a small balcony patch or a full terrace makeover, I have the stock ready—just send me your dimensions, and I will help you pick the right thickness for your foot traffic. ### Why My Artificial Grass is Different I do not deal in local, low-quality stuff. My turf is imported directly from Vietnam, featuring a double backing that actually lasts. If you have pets or kids, you need this, because it is soft, safe, and doesn't get ruined like natural grass. ### Picking the Right Thickness * **25mm:** Perfect for low-traffic balconies or visual decor where you want a clean, neat look. * **35mm to 50mm:** These are my premium options. They come with 'thatch' fibers that give it that bouncy, realistic cushion feel. If you are setting up a terrace lounge area with chairs, go for these. ### The Setup Process Don't worry about the installation. You don't need a team of ten people. We use heavy-duty Synthetic Rubber adhesive to fix the grass to the perimeter of your floor. If you have multiple rolls, we use specialized jointing tape to make it look like one single, seamless lawn. ### Important Things to Know * **Drainage:** My grass is UV-stabilized and washable, but since the backing has holes for water runoff, your sub-floor needs to be sloped. * **No Waiting:** I hate waiting, and I know you do too. My godown in Tilak Nagar is packed. Whether you need 50 sq. ft. or 5,000 sq. ft., I have the pieces ready to ship immediately anywhere in India. If your wall is looking dull alongside that new lawn, ask me about my vertical garden panels. I can help you fix up the whole balcony in one go. ## About Oberoi Carpets & Interiors I am from Oberoi Carpets, and I have been in the interior business in Tilak Nagar since 1985.
