It is a classic Turkish technique we have brought to India, layering hand-chopped pistachios and pure desi ghee in flaky phyllo. It is one of the few sweets that actually tastes better after a day or two when the honey has soaked through, making it a reliable pick for events where you need prep done in advance. Whether you are craving the classic nutty crunch of our pistachio-loaded squares or want the experience of a hot, cheese-pulled Kunafa, you are in the right place. We started back in 2006 because we were tired of the lack of real, authentic Middle Eastern sweets in India. We wanted to move past the typical halwa and barfi obsession and bring a little 'badlaav'—the change we know your tastebuds need. Our craft is simple, but the execution is demanding: * **Phyllo Perfection:** Every layer of our pastry is paper-thin and brushed with pure cow ghee. This gives our baklava that signature shatter-crunch in every bite. * **Sweetness Done Right:** We do not use heavy artificial sugar syrups. We rely on the natural sweetness of honey, keeping our treats light and allowing the premium nuts—pistachios, walnuts, and cashews—to be the star of the show. * **Beyond the Classic:** From the unique shape of our Carrot Baklava to our beetroot-infused Aashia Cashew treats, we play with tradition without breaking it. Planning an event? Baklava makes for the most sophisticated dessert table upgrade. Unlike standard mithai that needs to be consumed immediately, our baklava stays crisp and fresh for weeks, making it perfect for wedding favors or corporate hampers that need to travel across the country. Come by our stores in Delhi NCR or let us ship a box directly to you. ## About Oasis Baklawa We are Oasis Baklawa, and since 2006, we have been on a mission to swap the usual barfi for something a bit more flaky and nutty. We believe celebrations should taste like luxury, whether it is a grand wedding or just a random Tuesday craving.
