You are greeted by the aroma of fresh phyllo and the sight of our live kunafa station where we serve it piping hot, just the way it should be. It is the best way to understand the quality of our ingredients, as you can actually taste the difference that pure desi ghee and premium nuts make before you finalize your custom gifting hampers. We have grown from our first store in 2006 to a network spanning Delhi, Noida, and Amritsar, and every new opening brings the same focus on authenticity. When you visit us, you are not just a customer, you are part of the Oasis Fam-Jam. Our stores are designed for you to take your time, sample our 30 plus varieties of baklava, and watch our team at work. ### Why visit our stores? * **Live Kunafa:** Experience our signature kunafa served hot off the heat, featuring the perfect stretch of cheese or the creaminess of our special fillings. * **Custom Gifting:** Whether you need a small box for a Tuesday treat or a massive luxury hamper for a wedding, our team helps you pick the sweets, the box style, and the ribbons right there in person. * **Taste Before You Buy:** Unsure about a new flavor? Our staff is always ready with a sample of our stuffed dates, fusion balls, or classic pistachio baklava. We know that choosing the right mithai for an event can be overwhelming. Our store teams are trained to guide you through our menu based on your palate and the occasion, ensuring you walk out with exactly what you need. Come by your nearest Oasis outlet for a free tasting and see why we say baklava is all about 'badlaav' or change in how you think about sweets. ## About Oasis Baklawa We started our journey in 2006 to bring the true taste of Turkish delicacies to India. Today, we are more than just a shop, we are a place where you can watch your kunafa being made live and build your own custom gift boxes with us.
