Notice how the poolside deck in our projects serves as a fluid extension of the dining room rather than a detached afterthought. We prioritize using weather-resistant materials and integrated drainage solutions, ensuring your deck remains a pristine, usable sanctuary even after a heavy Gurgaon monsoon. ### Outdoor Living That Works Designing a terrace or outdoor area in the National Capital Region involves more than just selecting furniture. It requires a deep understanding of the local climate, which swings from intense heat to humid monsoons. Our approach ensures your space is functional all year round. **Planning for Gurgaon's Climate** We specify materials that stand up to the elements without losing their finish. From zinc shingles and micro-concrete to high-grade natural stone, we choose surfaces that age well and resist wear. If we install a water curtain or pool feature, we manage the waterproofing and water circulation systems, so you deal with the relaxation, not the maintenance. **The Entertainment Factor** Many of our clients want to bridge the gap between their indoor hosting style and the terrace. Whether you need a dedicated bar area with neon lighting for evening parties or a quiet, shaded nook with vertical gardens for morning tea, we design with flow in mind. **Our Design Process** We start with 3D renders to map out the light paths and seating arrangements before any construction begins. This allows us to account for sun angles and privacy screens. If you have an existing layout that feels disjointed, we look at structural modifications that unify the space, turning neglected rooftops into your home's most popular destination. ## About Nutshell Architects We are Sakshi and Jitender, the architects behind Nutshell Architects.
