## About Healthy Indian Cooking Coaching

A lot of us are stuck with health issues like PCOD, thyroid, or that constant bloating and weight gain that just doesn’t budge. I’ve been there, and I’ve seen how eating less or skipping meals messes us up even more. For me, the answer was always right in our Indian kitchen - with the food we already know.

### My Approach

- No fancy imported stuff, no starving, just our food, made right.
- Balance matters more than restriction. I don’t believe in punishing the body.
- I coach you on how to actually listen to what your body needs, not what Instagram says.

### How We Cook

- I teach stack cooking techniques - you can make dal, rice, curry at once, all on one burner. Saves time, gas, and keeps nutrients intact.
- Ditching the pressure cooker - I’m all for slow, closed-lid pot cooking. Better taste, better for you.
- My focus is on low oil Indian recipes coaching - like zero-oil Channa Masala, creamy Vegetable Sagu with just a teaspoon of oil, and using spices for flavour.

### Kitchen Swaps & Superfoods

- I’ll help you detox your cookware too. Non-stick and aluminium? Baadulu (change it)! Stainless steel is the way, especially if you care about hormones.
- Rediscovering Indian superfoods: millets like Jonna, greens like Totakura, and why soaking lentils (pappu) matters.
- Myth-busting: Milk isn’t the only calcium source. Nuvvulu (sesame seeds) are gold. I’ll show you how to use them, even in Potlakaya Nuvvu Pindi koora.

### What You’ll Learn

- Indian meal prep for PCOS and other metabolic issues, without giving up favourite foods.
- How to make Upma with Jonna Rava, millet khichdi, low-oil biryani, and classic curries - healthy, but still tasty.
- This is a proper online coaching program - not just recipes, but the logic behind every tip and swap, so you get real control over your health.

I’m here to make healthy Indian cooking doable, relatable, and something you’ll actually want to stick to.

## Meet your expert

[Krishnaveni Kasturi](https://mytribe.in/nutritionist_krishnaveni)

### My story

Namaste! I’m Krishnaveni. I grew up watching my attayyagaru whip up magic in our Telugu kitchen—food was always medicine first. My friends, neighbours, all stuck fighting PCOD, thyroid, post-pregnancy weight. No one tells you how hard it is, right? I saw the struggle, felt it too. That’s why I started teaching how simple dishes like pappu pulusu can heal. Got featured in Eenadu for this—felt proud! I just want folks to eat well, feel better, and glow.

### My work

- **Holistic Nutrition & Fitness Coaching**: I guide you for sustainable weight loss, hormonal balance, gut health, and lifestyle changes.
- **Root Cause Approach**: We go beyond calories—stress, sleep, inflammation, all matter. Fat loss is a bonus when you heal inside.
- **Indian Superfoods & Stack Cooking**: No boring salads! I show you how Indian superfoods and stack cooking can make meals hearty and healing.
- **No Starving, Just Smarter Eating**: Forget crash diets. You’ll eat more, not less—steady energy, fewer cravings, real results.
- **For Women Battling PCOD, Thyroid, Fatigue**: If you’re tired of quick fixes and want lasting change, I’m here to help you build habits you love.
