Instead, you'll walk into a space where our team sits down with you to review your lifestyle, take measurements, and build a diet plan using the exact same 'roti-sabzi-daal' you already have in your kitchen. ### Our Clinic in Rohini Nutrikalp is not just a diet clinic. It is a support system. When you visit our space in Rohini, you aren't just a number; you are part of our family. Our process starts with a 45-60 minute deep-dive consultation where we look at your medical history, current habits, and body metrics to ensure your plan is actually doable for you. ### The Team Behind Your Transformation We are a team of experienced clinical nutritionists led by a shared passion for health. We believe in the power of 'ghar ka khana'. We don't sell shakes, pills, or expensive supplements. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, diabetes, or post-pregnancy weight, our team works together to create plans that fit your life, not the other way around. ### Community & Wellness Education Beyond 1-on-1 consultations, we are deeply invested in community health. From organizing school workshops that teach kids about healthy eating to celebrating Women's Day with health camps and blood tests, we aim to spread awareness that nutrition is the foundation of a healthy life. We believe when families eat right, communities get healthier. ### Why Clients Choose Us - **20+ Years of Experience:** We have guided over 5 lakh clients. - **No Starvation:** We focus on portion control and volume, ensuring you eat 6-7 small meals a day. - **Medical Expertise:** We work alongside your existing medical reports to manage conditions like HBA1c levels and thyroid issues naturally. If you are ready to stop looking for a quick fix and start building a real, sustainable lifestyle, we are ready to guide you. ## About Nutrikalp We are a team of clinical nutritionists based in Rohini who believe health is simple. We don't just give you a chart; we become part of your support system, treating every client like family to ensure your journey is sustainable.
