For instance, the red sandstone jali we integrated in our Jaipur project does more than just pay homage to local heritage; it filters harsh sunlight and secures privacy, transforming a functional necessity into the home’s defining visual element. ### Our Approach to Residential Architecture We believe a home is a narrative. Whether we are working on a dense urban plot in Delhi or a villa in Jaipur, our goal is to harmonize form and function. We move beyond standard layouts to create structures that respond to their specific micro-context—the sun path, wind direction, and existing urban fabric. ### Materiality and Heritage Modernity does not mean stripping away character. We frequently incorporate traditional elements like red sandstone or Jali screens, reimagining them to solve modern problems. By blending these textured, historical materials with warm minimalism, we create homes that feel grounded yet current. ### The Design Process 1. **Site & Narrative:** We begin with a site analysis, studying light and privacy to develop a core design narrative. 2. **Conceptualization:** Using 3D visualization, we translate ideas into tangible massing and facade studies. 3. **Technical Rigor:** From working drawings and aperture schedules to consultant coordination, we ensure the concept remains intact during construction. 4. **Execution:** We provide periodic site supervision to oversee the installation of complex elements, ensuring the final build matches the vision. Whether you need a full architectural design package or bespoke facade modeling, we work to ensure your residence is an architectural statement that you will enjoy for decades. ## About NUAR Studios We are Gautam and Kanika, the founders of NUAR Studios.
