For our Level 1 Drawing & Shading course, you receive a dedicated workbook and a professional art kit, ensuring you have the right tools to practice perspective and form outside the studio. You move from basic strokes to complex portraiture, with direct faculty feedback on every page of your sketchbook to track your progress. ### Structured Learning at Every Level My academy is built on the belief that art is a discipline. Whether you join us at our Malleshwaram studio or one of our other city locations, you will find a consistent, structured environment. We break down the intimidating process of learning art into manageable phases, covering sketching, shading, and the use of various media like oils, acrylics, and watercolors. ### More Than a Hobby: Professional Mentorship If you are an advanced learner or looking to become a certified art educator, I offer direct mentorship. This includes portfolio building, where we prepare your work to be gallery-ready for exhibitions. My students have showcased their work in cities like Dubai and Nepal, proving that with the right guidance, your work can reach a global audience. ### Why Join Our Academy? * **Progressive Curriculum:** From basic observation to advanced composition. * **Professional Exposure:** We help you exhibit at events like the Chitrakar Awards and various city exhibitions. * **Educator Certification:** For those looking to teach, we offer a specialized vocational track covering classroom management and pedagogy. * **Flexible Access:** We have locations across Bangalore—from Mathikere and Vijayanagar to Horamavu and Tatanagar—making it easy to find a studio near you. ### Your Creative Journey Starts Here We believe in hands-on learning. That is why our classes are small, allowing my team to provide personal attention to every student. We also frequently host workshops and participate in major Bangalore art events, giving you multiple ways to engage with the local artist community. Whether you want to master a specific technique or build a career, I am here to help you get there. ## About NS Kumbar Art Academy I am NS Kumbar. I started this academy because I wanted to create a space where art is taken seriously, whether you are a hobbyist or someone aiming to teach. My team and I guide you through real, hands-on practice, pushing you to exhibit your work rather than just keeping it in a sketchbook.
