## About Training for Every Dancer: Classes & Workshops

We offer a hybrid learning model, meaning you can join our certification batches in-studio across locations like Koramangala or JP Nagar, or follow along via live recordings if you cannot make it in person. This approach ensures your technique remains consistent whether you are dancing in the studio or from home, as we focus on tracking your progress throughout the module.

At Nrityakosh, we treat belly dance as a language rather than a simple fitness routine. Our curriculum is designed to take you from your first step to the professional stage, emphasizing both technical precision and the expressive quality of your movement.

### Our Training Approach
We believe in creating thinking dancers. Regardless of your experience level, our classes focus on:
* **Foundation & Technique:** We break down movements using clear alignment and postural awareness, ensuring you build safe, sustainable habits from day one.
* **Cultural Context:** We explore the history and artistic nuances of Oriental dance, moving beyond the physical to understand the 'Bhava' and 'Rasa' behind every isolation.
* **Hybrid Flexibility:** We know life in Bangalore is busy, so our beginner certification courses are hybrid. You can attend in-studio in places like Koramangala or JP Nagar, or access live recordings to ensure you never fall behind if you miss a session.

### From Beginner to Advanced
Our pathway is structured to guide your growth. We offer progressive beginner certification courses that welcome total novices with no prior experience. As you advance, our modules introduce complex layering, prop usage, and musicality. For those looking to go further, we offer intensive performance labs and mentorship to help you craft your own narratives and choreography. Whether you want to dance for fitness, fun, or to eventually join our company, we provide the roadmap to get there.

## About Nrityakosh

I founded Nrityakosh because I wanted to teach belly dance as a rich, narrative art form. I am always in the studio right alongside you, and my goal is to help you find your own voice through movement, whether you are taking your first step or preparing for the stage.
