## About The Nrityakosh Community: Behind the Scenes

You might see us on stage, but the real story happens between classes. We are engineers, researchers, and working professionals who swap our day jobs for Oriental dance to find a shared rhythm. Whether it is our instructor Rituparna balancing project management with complex technique or Dinesh finding his voice through fusion, our studio is where the workday ends and genuine community begins.

### Building a Thinking Dancer
Dance is a language, not just a fitness routine. When we say we are a tribe, we mean we prioritize the growth of every individual who walks through our doors. Our classes are designed to bridge the gap between technical skill and artistic expression.

### The People Behind the Movement
Our community is defined by the unique stories each dancer brings. We believe that your background—whether you are in corporate life, academia, or the arts—only adds depth to your movement.

* **Rituparna:** An engineering project manager by day and a professional dancer by passion. She embodies our belief that dance provides the stability and joy needed to navigate a busy career.
* **Dinesh:** A dancer who draws inspiration from nature and cultural roots. His journey from research to professional dance is a testament to the transformative power of this art form.

### Why We Do It
We are here to cultivate curiosity. When you join our performance labs or beginner batches, you are not just learning steps. You are learning to research music, understand historical context, and collaborate with others to build 75-minute productions. We handle the technical staging and production headaches so you can focus on your moment under the lights.

Whether you are looking to refine your technique in a private mentorship or perform as part of a group, we have a space for you. Come join a group where your progress is our collective victory.

## About Nrityakosh

I founded Nrityakosh because I believe dance should be a conversation, not just a workout. We are here to help you move, think, and tell your own stories through Oriental and Indian Fusion dance. Come be part of a team where your growth is our shared mission.
