A composite graphite model is what I recommend for beginners, as it helps you learn the game without breaking the bank. Visit me in Indiranagar, and I will even check your grip size to help you prevent tennis elbow before you even step on the court. Choosing the right equipment is your first step toward playing better. I have spent 25 years on court, and I have seen too many players struggle with the wrong gear. A two-piece joint racquet might work for absolute beginners, but moving to a composite graphite frame allows you to actually develop your technique without the racquet doing the wrong work for you. ### Understand Your Gear - **Joint Racquets:** Good for very basic play, but limited. - **Composite Graphite:** This is the sweet spot for learning. It offers the right balance of weight and control. - **Full Graphite:** Professional grade. Only step up to this when your fundamentals are solid. ### It Is All About The Grip Your grip dictates your shot. Whether you use Continental, Eastern, or Semi-Western, if the handle thickness is wrong for your hand size, you are risking injury. Tennis elbow is a real threat, and it often starts with bad sizing. When you visit our shop, I measure your hand size to ensure the handle fits perfectly. ### Why Trust Our Shop? We are not just a store that sells stuff. We are an academy. We know what happens when you miss a shot because your string tension is off or your grip is slipping. Our restringing service uses electronic constant-pull machines to ensure your tension is exact. We stock top brands like Head, Wilson, and Babolat, and we deliver across Bengaluru. If you are serious about your game, come in for a chat. Think tennis, think Noah. ## About Noah Tennis Academy I am Sunil Harry, and I have spent over 25 years on the court watching players grow.
