For instance, our Mushroom Galouti kebabs are served on miniature rotis with delicate lattice crisps, not just for flavor but for visual artistry. Whether it is a home party or a larger function, we ensure the service is as polished as the food itself. ### A Fusion Approach to Starters Appetizers are often the first impression your guests have of your event’s food. My approach at NM Foods is to take the culinary foundation established by Chef Nita Mehta and layer in modern, global influences. This means you don't just get standard snacks; you get bites that reflect current food trends. ### Crafting the Experience We focus on the details that guests notice—the way a Corn Lollipop is arranged like a floral bouquet or how our Cheese Steak Toast is presented on an elegant, managed tray. It is about balancing the familiar with the exciting. * **Customized Presentation:** We move away from generic platters. Everything from our passed hors d'oeuvres to our grazing table setups is designed to fit your event's theme. * **Flavor Profiles:** We play with textures and temperatures. You will find combinations like creamy fillings with crispy exteriors, or tangy Indian chutneys paired with global snacks. * **Logistics:** We bring our own crockery, cutlery, and professional staff. You do not have to worry about the setup, whether it is a small birthday gathering or a corporate event. We understand that your event needs to run smoothly. My team arrives prepared, handles the station setup, and manages the serving, so you are free to interact with your guests instead of worrying about the kitchen. ## About NM Foods by Tanya I am Tanya, and at NM Foods, we combine Chef Nita Mehta's legendary recipes with a fresh, modern perspective.
