Whether it is a sizzling barbecue for a winter gathering or a fresh waffle counter for a birthday, our chefs handle the entire setup, cooking, and plating process. You get fresh, hot food served instantly, and your guests enjoy an interactive experience rather than just another buffet line. Hosting an event is stressful, and keeping guests engaged is often the biggest challenge. Our live stations solve this by making the food part of the entertainment. We don't just provide a menu; we curate a culinary performance. ### Why Choose Live Catering? Interactive stations are perfect for creating a dynamic atmosphere. When guests see food being prepared—whether it is a steaming pot of Marwari Khowsuey being assembled or a chef crafting live pasta—it naturally draws people in and sparks conversation. ### Our Expertise We bring everything required to your location, including specialized equipment like tandoors, woks, and waffle irons. Our staff manages the entire footprint of the station: - **Barbecue & Grills:** Perfect for outdoor gatherings where the aroma of smoky, marinated snacks sets the mood. - **Regional Specialties:** Our Khowsuey and regional dal stations are designed for precision, allowing guests to customize their bowls with specific toppings and condiments. - **Dessert Theaters:** Our live waffle and crepe stations are consistently popular at kids' parties and social events, turning dessert into a personalized treat. ### Handling the Logistics We operate across Delhi NCR, catering for intimate gatherings of 20 to large weddings of 500 guests. You do not need to worry about the setup, the cleanup, or the technicalities of on-site cooking. We ensure our equipment is clean, our service is uniformed, and our presentation is consistent with the style of your event. If you have a specific idea—a unique dish you want prepared live—just tell us. We love the challenge of customizing our setup to match your theme. ## About NM Foods by Tanya I’m Tanya, carrying forward Chef Nita Mehta’s legacy with a fresh, contemporary approach.
