Our mud courts are maintained daily to provide the specific grip and resistance needed for real match conditions. When you train on our mitti (soil), you are not just practicing, you are building the joint resilience and muscle memory that mat surfaces simply cannot replicate. At Shri Balaji Kabaddi Academy, we believe that strength is earned, not given. Our training grounds in Anandpur Village are built to simulate the reality of competitive sport, forcing you to adapt to the surface and the environment. ### Why Train on Mud? Most modern training happens on mats, but mud kabaddi training provides a different kind of intensity. The soft yet uneven ground requires better footwork, faster reflexes, and a higher level of physical endurance. It is tougher on the lungs and the legs, which is exactly why it produces stronger athletes. ### Our Facility Features: * **Daily Maintenance:** Our courts are prepared daily to ensure consistent levels of hardness and depth for safe landings. * **Evening Lighting:** We utilize halogen floodlights to extend practice hours, ensuring that even those with school or work commitments during the day can get their training in. * **Outdoor Conditioning:** You will not find gym machines on our grounds. We use tractor tires for flipping and ropes for strength, which mimics the functional power needed during a raid or a tackle. Whether you are a sub-junior just learning the rules or a senior player preparing for Delhi state trials, these grounds provide the same no-nonsense environment. You will be training alongside athletes who share the same drive, creating a community where teamwork is as important as individual skill. This is where you learn that discipline, sweat, and respect for the game matter more than anything else. ## About NM Kabaddi Academy I am Nitin Mavi, and for me, this academy is where passion meets real sweat. We do not believe in fancy setups, just honest, traditional training where every player becomes part of our family.
