We focus on match simulations that replicate the chaos of a real tournament, teaching you how to read the raider’s movement and keep your defensive formation solid. ### Bridging the Gap: Mud to Mat Many players struggle when shifting from traditional mud (mitti) courts to the synthetic mats used in professional tournaments. Our training methodology directly addresses this by alternating your practice surfaces. You will learn the subtle adjustments in footwork, grip, and agility needed for both environments. ### Tactical Gameplay & Simulations We don't just run drills. We break down the game: * **Raiding Techniques:** Learn when to use a toe touch versus a hand touch, and how to perfect the Dubki or Lion Jump when you are cornered. * **Defensive Chains:** We teach you how to stay connected as a unit. A defensive tackle is rarely about one person; it is about the coordination of the chain. * **Match Scenarios:** During our evening sessions, we create live-game pressure. We use a referee to call fouls and simulate the intensity of the final minutes of a match, so your nerves are steady when you step onto the big stage. ### Why This Matters Talent might get you noticed, but technique keeps you on the team. Whether you are aiming for district-level selection or preparing for the Pro Kabaddi League trials, these specific tactical drills ensure you aren't just playing hard, you are playing smart. ## About NM Kabaddi Academy I am Nitin Mavi, and here at Shri Balaji Kabaddi Academy, we treat the ground like a temple.
