Since I use no preservatives or artificial ingredients, my stock turns over quickly. I recommend asking me about current availability before placing your order to ensure you get the absolute latest, freshest batch I have ready. Everything you see on my menu is rooted in traditional recipes that I have perfected over the years. Whether it is the classic Aam ka Achaar that reminds you of summer holidays, or my experimental Pineapple Saffron jam, my kitchen operates on a simple rule: if I would not feed it to my own granddaughter, I will not bottle it for you. ### My Current Range * **Pickles (Achaar):** I offer over 20 varieties including Bharwan Mirchi, Hing ka Achaar, and Lehsun Mirchi. These are the heart of Niwala and are made using fresh, seasonal produce. * **Artisanal Jams & Chutneys:** Beyond pickles, I craft jams using natural sweeteners like jaggery and chutneys that bring that thele-wala (street-style) zing to your home dining table. * **Seasonal Specials:** My menu changes based on what is fresh in the market. I often introduce seasonal specials like Amla Achaar in the winters or specific fruit jams when the produce is at its peak. ### About My Sales I do not believe in mass production. Because I make everything myself, I sometimes announce special sales to clear out the current stock and make space for new, fresh batches. If you see a sale live, it is the best time to stock up on your favorites at a slightly better price. I also put together gift hampers for festivals and special occasions. If you are looking to share these flavors with friends or family, let me know, and I can pack them up for you. Everything is made with care, patience, and absolutely no chemicals. ## About Niwala by Mallika I started Niwala at 56 because I love feeding people and sharing the joy of good food. Every jar of pickle or jam you order comes straight from my kitchen to your table, made with the same love I pour into meals for my own family.
