It is a casual, hour-long session where you can try over twenty varieties, paired with crackers and mathris, so you can taste exactly what you like before you buy. ### How It All Started I never planned to be a business owner, but at 56, I decided it was never too late to follow a dream. I wanted to see that sparkle in someone's eyes when they taste food made with genuine care. For me, cooking is an art where simplicity is perfection. My kitchen in Noida is where I create everything from classic Banarasi-style Aam ka Achaar (mango pickle) to experimental Pili Sarson ki Chutney. ### My Philosophy: Maa Ke Haath Ka Swaad You will find no artificial ingredients or preservatives in my jars. When I say homemade, I mean it. I source fresh ingredients and make everything in small batches, ensuring every bite carries the 'maa ke haath ka swaad' (mother's taste) feeling. * **Pickles:** Over 20 varieties including Bharwan Mirchi, Lehsun Mirchi, and Hing ka Achaar. * **Jams & Chutneys:** Made with real fruit and natural sweeteners. My Amrud ki Chutney and Pineapple Saffron jam are favorites among regulars. * **Tasting Experiences:** Whether you are visiting my home in Noida or finding me at a local Delhi-NCR mela, I want you to have fun. Taste, gossip, and share a laugh—it is never just about buying a product. ### Can We Meet? Yes! I host private tasting sessions where I share stories about my traditional recipes. It is a 90-minute experience with hot parathas, ginger chai, and a guided tour of my flavors. If you prefer a quick stop, keep an eye on my schedule for local bazaars across Delhi-NCR.
