Everything you see here is made from scratch in my kitchen with zero preservatives, just like I make for my own family. I believe that simplicity is the sign of perfection. When I started Niwala at 56, I wanted to bring the feeling of home cooking to Noida. Whether you are looking for fusion showstoppers like my Gulab Jamun Cake or lighter, flour-free options like my Ragi Chocolate Cake, everything is prepared in small batches. I do not use preservatives, artificial colors, or shortcuts. If it is a pie, like my Banoffee or Key Lime, I assemble it fresh before delivery to keep the crust crisp. If it is a batch of Walnut Chocolate Fudge, I use high-density walnuts for that crunch in every bite. Beyond cakes and desserts, I specialize in curated gift hampers for festivals like Diwali or family celebrations. These include a mix of my popular pickles, homemade biscuits, and sweet treats.
