My fusion Indian cakes like Gulab Jamun Cake and Boondi Ladoo Cake are for those who want something hatke (different) at their celebrations. These are showstoppers, both in taste and looks. ### Healthier Treats, No Compromise Not everyone wants extra sugar, so I create desserts for a lighter mood: the Healthy Ragi Chocolate Cake is rich but made with ragi, and my tea cakes use natural sweeteners like jaggery and dates. You get the taste without the guilt. ### Classics & Comforts I also do homemade celebration desserts for any occasion.
