My customers often highlight the same concern in their feedback, that they struggled to find authentic, preservative-free pickles until they tried mine. Whether it is the classic Aam ka Achaar or the Pilli Sarson, the consistent takeaway is that the taste reminds them of their own Dadi's kitchen. Read these stories to feel confident in the purity and care that goes into every single jar I pack. When I started this journey at 56, I wasn't looking for a corporate win, I was looking to share the 'maa ka swaad' (mother's taste) that we all miss in today’s store-bought world. Many of you ask, 'Mallika, is it really preservative-free?' The testimonials shared here answer that better than I ever could. ### What customers value most: * **Transparency:** No hidden ingredients. What you read on the label is exactly what is in the jar: fresh, sun-cooked, and pure. * **The Taste Test:** Whether it is the fiery Pilli Sarson (mustard chutney) or the sweet-and-tangy Aam ki Mithi Chutney, the feedback is consistent: it tastes like home. * **Shipping & Packaging:** It warms my heart to see pictures of my pickles reaching homes as far as Washington, USA, and across India, arriving safely and smelling fresh. ### Frequently Asked Questions: * **Why small batches?** Making things in small quantities ensures that the sun-cooking process (maturation for weeks to months) happens perfectly without the need for artificial chemicals. * **Can I visit?** Absolutely. I love hosting tasting sessions in Sector 78, Noida. It is the best way to try the full range and share a chat. * **Are these suitable for gifts?** Yes, the hampers are designed for this exact purpose. The feedback shows how these baskets, packed with Mathri and pickles, have become a staple for festive gifting. If you have questions about a specific batch or want to know what’s currently in season, do send me a message. I am always happy to talk food. ## About Niwala by Mallika I am Mallika, and at 56, I turned my kitchen into a space where I share the recipes I grew up with.
