You can mix and match any of my sun-cooked pickles, traditional chutneys, or small-batch jams, pairing them with my fresh Ajwain Mathri. I hand-pack these into straw baskets, ensuring they are ready to gift the moment they reach you. Finding a gift that feels personal in today's world can be tough. I started putting these hampers together because I wanted to offer something better than standard, store-bought gifts. Whether you are looking for a thoughtful Diwali present, a housewarming gesture, or a festive surprise for someone who loves authentic Indian flavours, these hampers are my way of sharing a piece of my kitchen with you. ### Why Choose My Hampers? * **Fully Customizable:** You pick the pickles and chutneys. If they love spicy, we include the Hari Mirchi. If they prefer something sweet, we add the Carrot Marmalade or Aam ki Mithi Chutney. * **Preservative-Free:** Just like the jars on my shelf, the items in these baskets are made with pure ingredients and traditional methods—sun-cooking for pickles and small-batch preparation for jams. * **Thoughtful Presentation:** Each hamper uses reusable, open-style woven cane baskets, cushioned with colorful paper shreds and tied with a ribbon. It is not just about the food; it is about the experience of opening a gift. ### What Goes Inside Typically, I include three 250g jars of your choice, paired with a 150g pack of my homemade Ajwain Mathri. Everything is sealed for safety, but I keep the packaging rustic to maintain that 'ghar ka swaad' (home-cooked taste) feel. Because I prepare the savories fresh to order, it ensures that when your loved ones open the basket, they get the same crunch and freshness as if I made it in my own kitchen that morning. If you have a specific budget or a different combination in mind, just message me. I love helping you create the perfect gift. ## About Niwala by Mallika Namaste, I’m Mallika.
