## About The Heirloom Recipe Journal

This journal uses 120 GSM grease-resistant paper, which means it is designed to handle a few kitchen splashes while you are cooking. We have included specific, structured fields that go beyond just ingredients—there is dedicated space for the 'lineage' of a recipe, the generation it came from, and the specific memory attached to it, so you are capturing the story, not just the steps.
