Because I use durable cotton cord and tight, consistent knotting, they are thick enough to serve as sturdy placemats, but beautiful enough to be mounted as wall art if you decide to change up your room decor. Every piece is knotted by hand in my Delhi home, and that is why no two are exactly the same. When you order from me, you are getting more than just a table mat; you are getting a product of patience. ### How We Customize Whether you want the sunburst design in mustard yellow or a set of color-blocked mats to match your dining room palette, we start by discussing your vision. You tell me the size and the colours you prefer, and I create them for you. These pieces are made using twisted cotton cord, which gives them a soft yet durable texture that holds up well over time. ### Care Instructions To keep your placemats and coasters looking fresh, I recommend a gentle hand wash with mild soap. Avoid scrubbing too hard so the fringe stays neat. Lay them flat to air dry, and they will be ready for your next meal. ### Versatility While they function perfectly under plates, glasses, or centerpieces, many of my clients love repurposing these mats. Because of the boho fringe and geometric motifs, you can easily hang them on your wall to create a textured, layered look in your living room or balcony. Whatever your idea is, let’s talk and make it happen. ## About Nishtha's Handmade I am Nishtha.
