It is important to know that due to this intensive patchwork construction, we require about 4 to 5 weeks to create your blanket. If you have a specific date in mind, like a baby shower or a birthday, please reach out to us early so we can plan the work properly. The 'Forever Flower' design is my personal favorite. Each blanket is not just a standard piece of fabric, it is a mosaic of texture. I use branded acrylic yarn, like Ganga Acrowools, because it is durable, color-fast, and gentle on a newborn's sensitive skin. The 3D daisy motifs are created using a popcorn stitch, which adds a lovely tactile feel for babies to explore with their little fingers. ### The Customization Process Every square is a canvas. When you order, we work together on the color palette. You can choose pastels for a subtle look, or bright, high-contrast colors to stimulate your baby. If you want a specific theme to match your nursery decor, just let me know and we will match the yarn colors to your vision. ### Quality and Care - **Construction:** Each daisy square is individually crocheted and then sewn by hand to the next. This requires immense patience, but it ensures the blanket stays together through daily use. - **Maintenance:** Despite being intricate, these are built for real life. The high-quality acrylic yarn is machine washable, so you do not have to worry about the inevitable spills or stains. - **Size:** The standard size is approximately 34 by 34 inches, which is perfect for covering a baby in a crib, stroller, or during floor time. ## About Nishtha's Handmade I am Nishtha, and I run this small business with my daughter, Sakshi. While she manages the orders and all the modern business details, every single daisy on these blankets is crocheted by my own hands. We believe in creating pieces that carry love and care, not just products.
