We keep it fresh - most workshops focus on Bollywood choreography sessions and urban dance jam Bangalore style. One session you’re nailing filmy dance routines, next you’re sweating it out to hip-hop beats. Always something new.

Usually, it’s a single-day, 2-hour power session, mostly weekends. We switch up the venues - Koramangala, Ramamurthy Nagar, wherever the vibe’s right. No studio ties, just wherever the dance family gathers.

### My story

Hey, I’m Nishant – Bangalore guy, but my feet have danced everywhere: Goa, Chandigarh, Mysore, you name it. Dance is my therapy, my escape, my everything. With Sheetal, we kicked off 'Blue and White' to bring crazy energy to weddings, especially sangeets – that’s my jam. Got married to my pasandida aurat (favorite woman) Kamana, so trust me, I get the whole first dance nerves! Family means the world – mom, sis, my kavach (shield). Sab First Class Hai, and I’m just grateful for every step.
