Since it is an outdoor rooftop facility, you will be dealing with real sky conditions—beautiful sunrises or clear evenings—but please plan your workout schedule with the open-air environment in mind. Remember that this setup is strictly for those who can swim laps independently, so if you are just starting out, our coached lessons are a better place to begin. Whether you are training for a triathlon or just want to de-stress after work, this Domlur facility hits the sweet spot. As a 25-meter temperature-controlled pool, it stays comfortable year-round, dodging Bangalore’s chilly evenings and sudden rains. ### Why swimmers choose this pool The open-air environment offers a mental reset that indoor pools just cannot match. You get a mix of shallow and deep sections, which is perfect if you are alternating between technical drills in the shallows and full-stroke endurance work in the deep end. ### Essential things to know * **No coaching here:** This is dedicated lane time. You need to be confident enough to swim your own sets without supervision. * **Gear:** Since we do not offer rentals, please pack your own cap, goggles, and swimwear. * **Etiquette:** We practice circle swimming to keep the lanes moving. If you are fast, pass on the left. If you are cruising, keep the flow steady so everyone gets their laps in. * **Location:** Situated right behind Embassy Golf Links, it is a quick commute for anyone working in or around Domlur and Indiranagar. Think of this as your personal escape hatch. Come up, jump in, zone out, and leave the day's stress in the water. We have showers and changing facilities on-site to help you get ready for the rest of your day. ## About Nisha Millet Swimming Academy Hey, I am Nisha. After my racing days, I realized the pool is not just about medals—it is where I go to find my own quiet. I built this space in Domlur because I wanted an outdoor spot where you could actually see the sky while getting your laps in, away from the typical gym-pool clutter.
